Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The trip was great. Although the transfer bus from Núi Bà Đen to Tây Ninh bus station was a bit confusing, because I thought I didnt need to book a transfer bus. But the bus driver helped me to book it. Also when I contacted the zalo of Đồng Phước bus, they answered me quickly, and supported me enthusiastically. The service is really good.
