After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

Greetings. This serves to give my feedback regarding using this website when booking transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau on 10 September 2026. Arrived at the District 1 office of Anh Quoc Limousine Taxi and was met by a young man very eager to assist. One inside the office, the young receptionist recognised me and confirmed my booking. She had me sit down inside the waiting area before the vehicle arrived. Once the vehicle arrived, we were all allowed to take our relative seats. The driver went about driving to the best of his ability, getting all of us to Vung Tau in a very safe manner. I was dropped off at my hotel as indicated when making my booking. Thank you for an excellent service and getting all of us to Vung Tau safely...

The driver was cheerful, enthusiastic, and provided excellent customer support. The ride was safe and smooth; I didn't get motion sickness and didn't notice any unpleasant odors in the car. A perfect 10 is possible, but 😀😀😀. I will definitely book again if I have the chance. Very satisfied with the service 😉
