I am quite satisfied with the customer care, the way the garage operates, and the vehicle is also very good. The only thing is that I booked to travel on an 11-seat car, picked up and dropped off in the inner city, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, traveling for 1 person with 2 boxes of goods equivalent to 40x40x40, each box weighing nearly 10kg. I clearly told the bus company to allow me to transport the goods at the same time, I would pay the shipping fee, but I was told that there was not enough space for the goods, so at first I moved to a 28-seat bus. After that, there was no 28-seat bus with the same departure time that I booked. When I returned, I agreed with the garage that I would book another place to park the goods. I am very grateful that the garage sincerely provides maximum support to customers. However, I had to go to the Hanoi Office myself, and catch the return flight from the Hai Phong Office to my destination. Meanwhile, the storage compartment in the car is very comfortable, not impossible to transport. I even heard a few guys in the driver or operations department say why they accepted these (my 2 packages). I think if the bus company helped me book an extra seat for those 2 packages, they should also treat me like a normal passenger, right? Anyway, I thank the bus company for supporting me in such a hurry. I still want to continue using the garage's service if I need to move in the future. Thank!
