Bus was on time. Staff is very helpful and flexible for me to change the departure time to meet my needs.

Everything was great. I got an english-speaking contact by going to their ticket office and we communicated by WhatsApp. She was incredibly helpful - she arranged a very convenient pickup and drop off point (along their route). The van was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The first time I took this bus, I got on the bus and someone else was sitting there. Seeing that I was shy and didn't dare to remind them, the driver reminded me and was very polite. The bus in Tay Ninh: there was a lady who took care of the drinks very carefully. Because I checked out and arrived 30 minutes early, the staff were also enthusiastic in asking and supporting me to change the bus earlier. The bus ran at a moderate speed, not as tiring as the times I took the bus back to the province. The bus in Ho Chi Minh City: the staff who supported the transfer were also quite enthusiastic and cute.
