During the trip to Ba Den Mountain, the transfer driver dropped passengers off at a stop a few hundred meters from the foot of the mountain and said the bus company couldn't take them near the gate so they had to take a motorbike taxi for 10k/person. It wasn't worth much. But I felt cheated and extremely uncomfortable because I came from far away. On the return trip, I got in very close to the barrier gate and was able to pick me up. It was the same driver!!! The driver was very attentive and enthusiastic, with his own driver. The transit driver tried to buy a ticket to the mountain to get a bottle of mineral water.
