Oh my god, the chubby driver was incredibly cute and enthusiastic with the passengers. I had a great first impression of the people of Hue, but the seating arrangement was all messed up and not in the right place.

The bus was punctual, fast, and very safe. It felt like a family ride, so it was quite convenient. However, customer service needs a slight improvement; no one contacted customers to confirm the pick-up time or anything like that. Without prior preparation, wouldn't it be very rushed or lead to unexpected problems?

As a regular customer, I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. I'm usually hesitant to write a review, but I have to give them 5 stars because I'm extremely satisfied. The bus is new and the interior is very luxurious. Most importantly, it's odorless, which significantly reduced my motion sickness symptoms. The driver drove very smoothly, maintaining a consistent speed, and the bus has massage seats. I'm very happy with my trip, and if I need a bus service again, this will be my first choice.

I called Zalo in advance to add them on WeChat, and then we communicated the pick-up address online. The driver arrived on time on the day of departure and took me to the hotel.

Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly. Even though the driver had a different drop off location for us, we were able to go to our preferred one.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！

Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.
