My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. I noticed that every time I called a passenger, the driver always welcomed the passenger in a soft voice, unlike other cars I've been on. I really like it. Will definitely go again next time
