Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. At first, when I read everyone's reviews, I was also afraid that the bus would be late because it was my first time taking a bus, but after the trip, I found the bus company to be very good. The shuttle bus took me to my destination, the bus left on time, the driver drove safely and didn't shock me too much, the staff on the bus were also attentive. Overall, even if I go to Saigon, I still support the bus company.

Everyone at the office was courteous and respectful 🙏. But I did the know that the first bus I got on was taking me to the main bus station to get on another bus. I would have gladly taken the grab direct to the main bus station. This would have saved me handling my luggage multiple times. That aside, the main bus was clean, comfortable and the drive lovely.
