This is the third time I have taken the bus. But this time I had the best experience compared to the previous two times. The bus is new and especially the bus attendants are enthusiastic and supportive. It seems that the bus service is getting better and better.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

Quite satisfied with Hien Van's car service

The bus was on time and arrived at Thanh Thoi ferry station. The dedicated driver quickly used his motorbike to take the couple to the ticket office. Thank you driver and bus operator

I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.
