Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The bus was very clean, the bed comfortable with lighting options and a very well located USB connection. The staff were very polite and the bus arrived at the destination ahead of schedule. I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

The bus left earlier than expected and stopped at many points but overall it was ok.
