The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Excellent service, clean and well-equipped vehicles. Competitive prices. I traveled during the Lunar New Year but the fare wasn't as high as other bus companies, and the service was still good; the staff were polite and friendly 👍

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I have used many snow buses from Khanh Hoa to SG, but this bus has the best experience. I bought tickets for my parents to go, and they couldn't stop praising me. Thank you Thanh Trung bus company.

Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

No one expected that the bus ticket would be so cheap, and the bus company and its conductors, especially the girl at the call center, were incredibly enthusiastic and lovely. I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!
