When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.
