Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.

The other day I randomly chose to go to Saigon and found it ok so today I booked a round trip. On the way back, I was deeply impressed with the driver and the bus conductor. The bus conductor always answered the elderly people on the bus with "yes yes", "yes thank you", and called the passengers with "yes are you out yet" very politely. When explaining to the passengers, he was gentle and gentle. The driver drove very smoothly. Before getting off the bus, I praised him. I used to get carsick but now the ride is smooth and I don't feel tired. He said he rarely brakes suddenly, if the passengers get carsick, it will be very tiring. I feel that they are very dedicated to their job and have positive energy even though the work is hard. Although they drive carefully, they drop off passengers on time. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

The only downside is that the car is crammed with passengers, everything else is good, especially the driver and his wife are very gentle and enthusiastic.
