Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. This is my first time leaving a review because I found the bus company to be very conscientious, clean, spacious, and everything was absolutely wonderful, yet few customers know about it. I wanted to share my review so others can try their service. My experience was fantastic, with nothing to complain about. I'm a real customer, I paid for the ticket and had a real experience, not some fake marketing campaign. Thank you to the bus company and the enthusiastic and lovely driver who took me!

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
