The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍

I've also been on a lot of North-South buses, but I've encountered trucks carrying goods and loading goods along the way for a long time and was time-consuming, but for the first time, I met a Hoang Long A3 bus. This car has enough storage facilities, the bed is clean, and the driver smells good. If your car is comfortable and fun, you will be blessed

I went with 4 tickets on November 13, booked sleeper bus tickets, the bus company advised me to go with a double cabin without extra charge, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The sleeper bus is comfortable for 2 people, with a clean toilet on the bus. Thank you bus company.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

The car was running smoothly and the garage was very enthusiastic. They arrived 15 minutes late and told me the bus was still waiting. Hi, when I ordered the car, I had 1 more day to get in. Someone in the car would call and call so many times, I was afraid of being scammed, oh my God ((( Because the car was hong kong). It's parked at the station, so when we get to the station, someone will come pick us up and take us to the bus. This part I thought I'd been scammed. Episode 2 was so confused. When I got to the bus, I looked at the bus and then came back to my senses. It was truly an interesting experience 🥲🥲🥲

Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.
