I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

I took the Saigon-Cam Ranh bus on March 28th at 9 PM and I'm not sure if I left my AirPods behind, but I texted the bus company and the bus conductor and no one answered. Huhu, please, bus company, have mercy on me and help me find my AirPods (as pictured).

The bus is on time, stays at the right place as booked so there is no inconvenience. The interior of the bus has been upgraded, the engine runs smoothly, you can rest comfortably on the long journey. The ticket includes meals, compared to many other companies, the cost is more reasonable, considered cheaper because you don't have to worry about eating and drinking along the way. The driver drives carefully, the bus attendant is polite and supports customers well. The disadvantage is that the bus only picks up and drops off passengers on the highway, so those who live in the city center are at a disadvantage. However, considering the overall price, service quality and safety, this is still a worthwhile choice.

It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The first time experiencing a sleeper bus with a tour guide, it felt like going on a tour, being taken care of information from the time of booking tickets until getting off the bus, so I felt very secure. There is a private chat group between the bus guide and the customer. Plus 10 points. Although there were problems with traffic jams and delays during major holidays, the general situation was acceptable. The tour guide was cheerful, enthusiastic, and dedicated >> 10 points. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic.
