The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.
