I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.

Good feeling. 5 stars. However, the bus runs slower than the purchased ticket; should set a distance or time for passengers to clean up better instead of stopping when individual passengers request; the shuttle bus should serve faster and not keep passengers waiting.

Took a 4-hour ride in a van today from Nha Trang to Buon Ma Thuot. The driver was friendly and extremely informative about the local culture and attractions along the way. Our previous experience with many bus trips in various areas throughout Vietnam have always been pretty scary as the drivers do whatever is necessary to get around slow traffic. This driver was by far the safest we've seen. We highly recommend using Thai Son's transportation services.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. First time riding Tu An bus, felt very ok. The driver drove smoothly, not noisy. The bus assistant spoke softly, helping passengers wholeheartedly. The only thing is that he broke my suitcase huhu. Because of the bus company's enthusiastic attitude, it still deserves a 10/10 rating.

The EARLIEST trip on this app is 6am. Because I have something to do in my hometown, this is the first time I booked through this app. I learned from experience that when booking through bus ticket apps, you must call the bus company in advance to confirm the pick-up address and time as on the app because some bus companies do not write the exact time, so it takes a lot of time. Luckily, I didn't get sick on the bus, the lunch was delicious, the staff was friendly, the bus was clean,... The review is good:))
