The driver and conductor were polite and provided enthusiastic service. The sleeping berths were comfortable and well-equipped. The bus departed on time and picked up and dropped off passengers at the correct locations. There was a stop for passengers to use the clean restroom. I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.
