The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

This car looks ok, but why is it so low, I don't know. I guess I'm lucky to be able to ride a car where both the car and the driver are enthusiastic and friendly. It's okay if you don't sit in the right place and move down to the shuttle seats

It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The bus arrived on time, there was an even shuttle bus service to pick me up. It was clean inside, 2 pillows provided. The driving style was rather fast and we were tossed back and forth a lot - but I cannot compare with other night buses as it was my first one. Generally, I am satisfied.
