The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. First time riding Tu An bus, felt very ok. The driver drove smoothly, not noisy. The bus assistant spoke softly, helping passengers wholeheartedly. The only thing is that he broke my suitcase huhu. Because of the bus company's enthusiastic attitude, it still deserves a 10/10 rating.

The EARLIEST trip on this app is 6am.
