The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. The bus arrived on time, there was an even shuttle bus service to pick me up. It was clean inside, 2 pillows provided. The driving style was rather fast and we were tossed back and forth a lot - but I cannot compare with other night buses as it was my first one. Generally, I am satisfied.
