Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

I took the Saigon-Cam Ranh bus on March 28th at 9 PM and I'm not sure if I left my AirPods behind, but I texted the bus company and the bus conductor and no one answered. Huhu, please, bus company, have mercy on me and help me find my AirPods (as pictured).
