I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Thanh Binh Xanh's first time going. Truly a wonderful experience. New car, fully equipped, with massage bed, adjustable air conditioner. Most importantly, when traveling long distances, having a toilet is very convenient. I like this point the most. The bus ran very punctually, but before booking the ticket, I saw a lot of negative reviews cursing this bus company, but for me, the trip was very good, everything was ok. The driver also drove quite smoothly, unlike many other companies I've been to. In general, if you want to go to Da Lat from Binh Duong, I recommend that everyone choose this bus company, it's really good because I like everything.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

We had a really good experience. We got there in time as indicated and the bus departed on time and arrived early. Felt really safe. Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. Definitely recommend this mean of transport with this company anyway. Haven't tried others yet 😊

Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City trip 8:10 p.m. Before getting on the bus, go to the office to receive tickets. The office is a hotel so there are waiting seats and very clean restrooms, creating a good impression for guests before getting on the bus. However, when boarding the bus, there will be no wifi. Guests must register for 4G data themselves to use it. Note to register in advance. The car drove fast for exactly 6 hours and arrived at SG. Even though it was behind the 20:05 vs 20:00 trip, the driver drove fast so he overtook the other two cars. The bus does not have a toilet, so you should go to the toilet below first. The bus does not stop to use the toilet, only the driver stops to rest and does not wake up passengers to go to the toilet, but the bus travels on the entire highway so it is not possible. You can stop on the highway for passengers, so be careful. The bus has 41 beds so there are no curtains and the bed is tight. You should not bring a backpack on the bus because it will take up all the leg room. The short bed is not suitable for people over 1m75 tall. In short, with the cheapest price on the market today at 219k, you can't ask for anything more, so you should go.

Everything was great! The car was equipped with movies, headphones, etc. The bed was spacious, the car smelled good, the driver didn't talk loudly, and the car arrived faster than expected.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Thank you very much T.Xe and assistant of Khang Thinh bus company❤️ This is the first time I go to our bus company and while I'm moving to the bus company's pick up point. I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.
