I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

To say that there are many routes that run safely and have private rooms, probably only kumho has them. But the car is running a bit slow. I heard the driver (now too old to transfer to the bus station) say that it's not like racing like other cars, so it's slow, partly because it hurts the car. . Thanh Binh Xanh's first time going. Truly a wonderful experience. New car, fully equipped, with massage bed, adjustable air conditioner. Most importantly, when traveling long distances, having a toilet is very convenient. I like this point the most. The bus ran very punctually, but before booking the ticket, I saw a lot of negative reviews cursing this bus company, but for me, the trip was very good, everything was ok. The driver also drove quite smoothly, unlike many other companies I've been to. In general, if you want to go to Da Lat from Binh Duong, I recommend that everyone choose this bus company, it's really good because I like everything.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Positives - Great attitude by the conductor who was friendly in support. He asked if the seat was good and where we would like to be dropped in Dalat. - The bus was very clean, no dust no used tissues etc. - bathroom 🚽, yes 👍 clean yes 👍 - The length of the seat is comfortable for the journey duration, I’m 179cm so my foot was touching the end of the cabin but I could manage. - 2 pillows( 1 basic and 1 long one) that helped. Suggestions: - Blanket could have been longer😅, could only cover until waist.

Very stable car service! I found the driver and bus assistant to be polite, enthusiastic, and did not bully customers or throw their belongings. Before the departure date, someone will call to confirm and inform you of any information that needs attention. The car runs smoothly and on time as expected, delivering to the homestay door. The room for 2 people is a bit tight, 1 person will be more comfortable, very private. The car comes with bird's nest water + Aqua mineral water + unscented wet towels, very delicate. Will choose the car again when I return to DL.

The driver and assistant were very friendly, cursing within seconds. The best thing is that there is a USB drive to charge the phone. However, my bedside tray was quite dirty, but it was acceptable because everything else was very satisfactory to me.

Surprisingly it was much better than I expected especially compared with other much more expensive so-called “luxurious limousine” companies in Vietnam. Unlike most common rude customer service from bus companies in vn, My driver was very polite, clean bus. However, seat are more suitable for small size travelers. If you are taller than 5’5 it possible to feel a bit uncomfortable.
