For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver.
