The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Honest review, no booking at all. At first, when I saw many 1-star reviews, I was a bit worried, not knowing whether to go or not because everyone criticized the car very badly such as: "always late, torn rubber seats, dirty and smelly blankets, rude drivers, ... ", but I still decided to try booking a ticket to experience and was completely surprised by the quality of the car. The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭. This is my real experience of the first time riding Thanh Binh Xanh's DOUBLE BED bus, I am extremely satisfied, with 10⭐️ I will also rate again, will continue to support TBX if I have the opportunity to go somewhere. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City trip 8:10 p.m. Before getting on the bus, go to the office to receive tickets. Guests must register for 4G data themselves to use it. Note to register in advance. The car drove fast for exactly 6 hours and arrived at SG. Even though it was behind the 20:05 vs 20:00 trip, the driver drove fast so he overtook the other two cars. The bus does not have a toilet, so you should go to the toilet below first. The bus does not stop to use the toilet, only the driver stops to rest and does not wake up passengers to go to the toilet, but the bus travels on the entire highway so it is not possible. You can stop on the highway for passengers, so be careful. The bus has 41 beds so there are no curtains and the bed is tight. You should not bring a backpack on the bus because it will take up all the leg room. The short bed is not suitable for people over 1m75 tall. In short, with the cheapest price on the market today at 219k, you can't ask for anything more, so you should go.

It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.

Vehicles and drivers have ok attitudes, except for the operators, very rude, need to be patient and explain the process as well as things related to the trip for customers to understand, if the elderly are not familiar with technology, if we book a car and you speak in that accent, no one will go!
