But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.

The driver and conductor were polite and provided enthusiastic service. The sleeping berths were comfortable and well-equipped. The bus departed on time and picked up and dropped off passengers at the correct locations. There was a stop for passengers to use the clean restroom. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
