Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.

My trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Gia Lai was with TT bus company, but I wasn't satisfied, so I tried Duc Dat bus company. The driver, conductor, and call center staff were all very friendly. In Gia Lai, someone called ahead to give the driver's number, then I went to the bus station to wait for the bus, unlike the Ho Chi Minh City trip where you have to change tickets. Before boarding, the driver asked for my name and the phone number I used to book the ticket. The bus was slightly late (because some passengers arrived late, so they had to wait for them, but the bus arrived on time). But it ran incredibly smoothly, without sudden braking like with TT buses. The downside: the buses are older than TT buses, the interior isn't as luxurious, but they both have USB A ports for charging. The upside: polite service, no smoking on the bus, individual mini pillows, and a smooth ride.

I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine.
