It departed from Bus Stop 50 at the Miding Bus Terminal on time. It was a 3-row, double-decker sleeper bus, so it was relatively comfortable. However, it seemed like the bus stopped several times during the route to load luggage, as if it was also carrying luggage. However, it arrived on time, not too late. The best part was that they asked passengers where to get off, and they dropped me off at the exact place they told me. I arrived in the early morning, but they were kind enough to tell me where my accommodation was (on the road), which made me feel safe. I will use them again when I go to Mukangchai.

The garage is very ok. When I got off at another stop, they booked a taxi and paid for me.... very great. From next time I'll definitely use this bus company.

I am very satisfied with Ngan Ha Garage. I appreciate the drivers who drove safely on the long route from Hanoi to Lai Chau and the bus staff who served passengers attentively. I will continue to use Ngan Ha Bus Station from Lai Chau to Noi Bai intersection on November 15, 2023.

I booked a ticket to Lai Chau and felt very comfortable because of the quality and dedicated service of the bus company, so in the afternoon I still chose The Anh bus company.

Trip OK. However, the bus company's shuttle bus is not professional because the driver does not record the drop-off points, leading to forgetting the drop-off point and having to travel around the city.
