At first, when I read the review, I was a bit worried because there were many negative things about the garage, but it's actually better than I thought. The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10
