In Vinh city, pick up by sleeper bus, then go to Bac Vinh to arrange passengers before leaving, so for passengers from Quan Hanh overpass going to Hanoi, there is no need to wait, so the trip is very smooth. From BigC Thanh Hoa to Hanoi, it only takes 2 hours. I went from Vinh city, so waiting for passengers at Bac Vinh station was quite impatient. Good service, reputable bed, funny and calm driver.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
