Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats. When I arrived in Hanoi, I switched to another car from this company and enjoyed it very much. The car was newer, comfortable and clean. Driver and staff are also enthusiastic.
