Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Courteous and enthusiastic staff. New, clean car. The meals were delicious and decent. Generally satisfied.
