The bus company was decent. The service quality was acceptable, but there's still a lot of room for improvement to match higher-quality buses like Viet Tan Phat. The staff member was very pleasant and friendly. The food in Xuan Loc was also good, and the restaurant owner was very accommodating with extra rice, but the restrooms need to be cleaner. The bus company needs to provide an additional quick restroom stop, because on the journey from Dien Khanh, Nha Trang to Quang Ngai, forcing people to hold it in until they get home would be a lifelong trauma; no one would dare take the bus again.
