It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. An interesting experience: - The bus was on time - The bed was comfortable. 200k was okay. - There was air conditioning and blankets. - I liked the driver and the conductor. I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.

The drivers were cheerful and friendly. My mother accidentally spilled a glass of water on the bus but the drivers gently reminded her. You know, older people are not as quick as us. I apologized on behalf of my mother and thanked the Hiep Thanh bus drivers very much.

The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

I booked a car and went for the first time, the car was clean and comfortable, had a TV charging port, very private curtains. The staff had a good attitude, talked nicely, and was super clean. The price was reasonable.
