From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. I really enjoyed the luxury of my Limo van on my trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat. The service is excellent and courteous. The Limo is built for comfort and convenience. Bottled water, WiFi and smart box on the arm rest for charging the phone. And massage options for the seat! My driver was excellent and courteous . We made a comfort break at a beautiful place. It took half the time to reach my destination as the bus and was a superior way to travel. I will use the Limo for future trips.

Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

The other day I randomly chose to go to Saigon and found it ok so today I booked a round trip. On the way back, I was deeply impressed with the driver and the bus conductor. The bus conductor always answered the elderly people on the bus with "yes yes", "yes thank you", and called the passengers with "yes are you out yet" very politely. When explaining to the passengers, he was gentle and gentle. The driver drove very smoothly. Before getting off the bus, I praised him. I used to get carsick but now the ride is smooth and I don't feel tired. He said he rarely brakes suddenly, if the passengers get carsick, it will be very tiring. I feel that they are very dedicated to their job and have positive energy even though the work is hard. Although they drive carefully, they drop off passengers on time. I will continue to support the bus company.

The sleeping area is a bit narrow for larger people, but everything else is very good. I will definitely support them again if I have the chance.
