The trip was very safe, although there was some difficulty with weather conditions due to the impact of a storm in the Central region. But the bus still runs on the right route and on time. The car's room is spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioner is a bit difficult to adjust the wind direction but it's okay. Other amenities are good. Staff and driver attitudes are friendly and enthusiastic.

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.
