I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

Xe Nha serves very well from the time customers book tickets, buy tickets, get on the bus, etc. Xe Nha's brothers and sisters are very dedicated to the passengers, providing updated trip schedules to customers and Xe drivers. The house is very enthusiastic, cheerful and dedicated to passengers, the car runs on time... all in all, everything is very good. No one expected that the bus ticket would be so cheap, and the bus company and its conductors, especially the girl at the call center, were incredibly enthusiastic and lovely. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The bus is on time, stays at the right place as booked so there is no inconvenience. The interior of the bus has been upgraded, the engine runs smoothly, you can rest comfortably on the long journey. The ticket includes meals, compared to many other companies, the cost is more reasonable, considered cheaper because you don't have to worry about eating and drinking along the way. The driver drives carefully, the bus attendant is polite and supports customers well. The disadvantage is that the bus only picks up and drops off passengers on the highway, so those who live in the city center are at a disadvantage. However, considering the overall price, service quality and safety, this is still a worthwhile choice.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic.
