The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

Honestly, I really appreciate the drivers. I'm not used to it yet in Hanoi. I keep changing drop-off locations but they're still okay.

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

The garage has a very good and professional service attitude. I was quite surprised because the pillows and blankets were all wrapped in clean plastic before guests got on the bus. Will continue to support this company if given the opportunity
