I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.
