We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others).
