The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!

Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

Booked a ticket through the App at 4:00 p.m. but the office confirmed that the bus only runs at 5:00 p.m. It took until 5:30 p.m. to roll off. Car service attitude is good and the driver drives safely. Comfortable place to lie down

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. When arriving at the station, the driver thoughtfully prepared more cold towels at the stop. 10 points for the sophistication of the bus company.
