Going on holiday, the bus was 1 hour late for departure due to not being able to turn around in time. The bus company has notice and door-to-door delivery, so you can understand. The car is old (still fine) but has blankets (other car companies don't have them). Transfer ok, staff attitude is good (unlike HC bus station). Note that the seat position can change but it is usually a better position so I think it's ok.

I overslept at the place I was staying, but the bus company helped me wholeheartedly to take me back to the bus station, thank you very much
