SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Their services fully met my needs and I will use their services in the future if I have the opportunity.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. We had such a wonderful experience on this bus we rode today! 💯 The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and truly felt premium because of the excellent amenities and facilities provided. Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommended! 💛 As for the app, it was very easy to use, user-friendly, and convenient when booking our trip. Everything was seamless!

Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
