It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I think the car service is quite good compared to the price range, the only thing is that the car pick up is 1 hour late, waiting a bit long and changing the pick up point makes me run too much :)) When I booked the car on app r, I was pushed by the app. chair, not exactly the chair I chose but that's okay. I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong. I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. The best car among the cars I've driven. There is a cleaning notification sound, Stop cleaning 4-5 times. There is a phone charger and wifi on the bus. The driver does not smoke. My ticket includes food, delicious food. 10000/10 points

Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
