The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

That day I had a heart attack and couldn't sleep, so I was given special privileges to sit next to the driver, otherwise I would have fainted. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The first time I took this bus, I found it to be an experience worth traveling for if I went to a room to sleep for 2 people. Because the ride was only 1 meter, the last room was parallel to the toilet, so the bed was a bit short for people under 1m50, but I couldn't lie down. My back is straight so it's not very comfortable. The driver drove smoothly, the driver and the driver were also polite and courteous to the customers. The car had a toilet when it was first entered and was relatively clean and fragrant. Later, because customers used it a lot and did not keep the toilet in common, it became smelly and dirty. Stop. Stopping at the station to eat is ok, I don't have a stomach ache and the toilet at the station is also clean hihi. Even though I've been a long-time car enthusiast, because I can't run it, I've just experienced many different garages and given my opinions for reference. On the app there are only stops far from home, but it's ok to text the driver to show me a stop closer to home. There is a shuttle bus to and from Thai Phien, a bit far from the center but still picked up for 10 VND. The only thing is that the chair doesn't have a massager. The remaining voltage is stable. In general, if the bus company continues to promote better and better services, I believe this will be a reliable bus company when traveling to SG - DL & vice versa.

This is Nam Phat's first trip - and it's close to Tet. Polite bus staff - dedicated advice - cute - friendly and enthusiastic driver - shuttle bus picks up on time. The blankets are washed clean - very fragrant - A small suggestion is that the garage should vacuum the space where the drinks and food are kept, it would be better.
