At first, when I read everyone's reviews, I was also afraid that the bus would be late because it was my first time taking a bus, but after the trip, I found the bus company to be very good. The shuttle bus took me to my destination, the bus left on time, the driver drove safely and didn't shock me too much, the staff on the bus were also attentive. Overall, even if I go to Saigon, I still support the bus company.

Everyone at the office was courteous and respectful 🙏. But I did the know that the first bus I got on was taking me to the main bus station to get on another bus. I would have gladly taken the grab direct to the main bus station. This would have saved me handling my luggage multiple times. That aside, the main bus was clean, comfortable and the drive lovely.

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
