The shuttle bus took me to my destination, the bus left on time, the driver drove safely and didn't shock me too much, the staff on the bus were also attentive. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
