Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.
