Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery.
